Thank you for visiting dni.tau.ac.il (the “Website”) the Dictionary of Nature Imagery of the Bible, which is a research project provided as a service to the research community by Professor Dalit Rom-Shiloni, of Tel Aviv University, the Lester & Sally Etin Faculty of Humanities, Department of Biblical Studies (“TAU”, “we,” “us, “our” or other similar pronouns). Please read these Website Terms of Use (these “Terms of Use”), the Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights Restrictions posted on the Website (the “IP Restrictions”) and the Privacy Policy posted on TAU Website at https://english.tau.ac.il/ (the “Privacy Policy”). By accessing the Website in any manner, including through any automated means or through a mobile device or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the IP Restrictions and the Privacy Policy.
1. Modifications to These Terms of Use and the IP Restrictions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use and the IP Restrictions at any time. Any modifications to these Terms of Use and/or the IP Restrictions will be effective immediately and we will be entitled to post them on the Website. By accessing the Website after we post on the Website such modifications to these Terms of Use and/or the IP Restrictions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and/or the IP Restrictions as modified.
2. Modifications to the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time. We or our licensors or partners own the intellectual property rights in the content displayed on the Website, including any logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, photographs, videos, audio clips, information, software and other content generated, contained, provided or otherwise made accessible on or through the Website (the “Content”).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use shall be solely governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any other choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Israel or otherwise) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Israel. The sole and exclusive place of jurisdiction in any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
